Shipping Policy 

Through some clever logistics, we can ship our products directly from the our international manufacturer. This allows us to save on warehousing and transportation costs, savings that we pass on to you, our customer.

All orders are processed for up to 5 days and come complete with a tracking number so you can stay up to date on your order once it is dispatched. Tracking may not be available to all countries. If you have any questions regarding Shipping, feel free to contact us.

The shipping time does not include the processing time that can take up to 5 days.

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes upon receipt in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, Phyllis & Franklin has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or delivery services.

Return Policy

Returns may be completed within 30 days of your purchase. Please email with your order number and reason for return to begin the process.

Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a return.
